Primary Job Duties
Retrieving documents out of HireRight and uploading into SkyWest Airlines Document Repository.
Documenting progress within a shared spreadsheet (Excel)
Responsible for tasks related to employment eligibility including timely clearances of all criminal backgrounds, I-9 work authorization, Pilot Records Improvement Act (PRIA), Pilot Record Database (PRD), and related work authorizations
Monitor ongoing employment eligibility issues and escalate as required
Successful compliance auditing and reporting in all areas of responsibility
Proactive approach to regulatory hiring and clearance changes and requirements.
Assisting in developing processes and dashboards to progress hires efficiently and in accordance of all FAA , DOT and other regulations
Minimum Requirements
Strong, proven history of attention to detail,
Bring a passion and ability for finding efficiencies and solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on quality, tone, detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint
Commitment to professionalism

Proactive approach to obtaining employment clearances for all new hires
Strong organizational skills
Ability to partner with and bring value to individual departments (based on their needs and hiring goals)
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Physical and Other Requirements
Must live in or be willing to relocate to St. George, UT (no remote positions available)
This is a full-time, hourly position (about 30 hours per week) with hours worked Monday - Friday sometime between the hours of 9 AM MST - 5 PM MST
Must possess valid driver license
Sitting for extended periods of time in front of computer.
High school diploma or GED equivalent
